The mechanical properties and dimensional stability of which are less susceptible to the temperature and humidity of the ambient environment, providing a tough and no warp material. [Excellent Mechanical Properties]: This upgraded carbon fiber nylon filament has superb strength, rigidity, outstanding resistance to impact, wear, chemical and temperature, these properties combined making this PA12+CF Filament an ideal choice for high performance applications. [Improved Printability and Finish]: Adding 15% carbon fiber, this carefully formulated blend ensures ease of printability, smooth surface finish and good layer adhesion with no warping and less shrinkage. [Wide Industrial Applications]: The carbon fiber reinforced material enables weight reduction and durability, suitable for functional prototypes, tools, fixtures, end-use parts, pump impellers, mechanical gears, precision and engineering components, widely used in robots, drones, and automotive and aviation industry. [Tips for Printing]: As an abrasive material, the ePA12+CF Filament can wear out and clog stock 0.4mm brass nozzles rapidly, hardened steel nozzles with larger diameters (0.6mm or more) are highly recommended for printing this filament. For better finish and layer adhesion, we would also suggest drying it before printing and creating a constant ambient temperature with a filament dryer or an enclosure.
