Our toner,face wash and make-up remover is truly amazing. It ships with an empty well style bottle with a flip top cap. Fill the empty bottle up with the make-up remover. Use by opening the lid and placing a cotton ball on the top, pump the cotton ball up and down a few times until it becomse wet with product. Apply to face and neck. There is no need to rinse this product off. It is safe for use around eyes and taking eye make off with as well. The bottle is a 4 ounce bottle of product and the well jar holds about 5 ounces.
